NO CG2294. CG2294 is an endorsement that excludes coverage for property damage to a homebuilder's or remodeler's work itself, which is meant to be borne by the contractor. If you have exclusion CG 2294 endorsed on your policy, then you DO NOT have any coverage for work performed on your behalf by your subcontractors. The exclusion falls under the umbrella of exclusions known as the business risk doctrine, which precludes coverage for damage arising out of the insured's completed work.
NO CG2139 or other amendment to the definition of contractual liability.

We have secured a working relationship with America's Preferred Structural Warranty (APSW). If a builder is in our HBA Builders Risk Program, and home is with APSW, APSW would pay 75% up to $ 2,500.00 of the builders risk deductible.

Coverage is through Axis Insurance Company. Axis is AM Best rated A (Excellent). Outlook Stable, Financial Group category XV
($2 Billion or greater). Coverage is offered up to a TIV limit of $1,750,000.00.
